Time for me to upload... anything, really. I haven't done much personal projects lately, but I've had a lot of assignments for the libraries I work at.
I do write down ideas I get but don't have time for. I hope to get a lot of them done tomorrow on Drawing Day! There are several deadlines in June for things I want to participate in...

More art related news; I gave 2 workshops in the past month. Was great to do for a change, but won't become anything to do more often, since they so drain me. But especially with the 4-8 year olds was so much fun! And they come up with the most crazy ideas! Really nice to see I could inspire them with my fairytale related assignments.
The animal drawing with the 20 year olds was harder. I think it would've worked out better if they were at least used to drawing some more, then I could've been able to help them improve - now it was like learning them a complete new thing, and that's just not for me. Especially since they were supposed to draw from living (and thus moving) animals; just works much better when you're comfortable with drawing in general in the first place.

The alcohol prevention posters were very much applauded so far; by my colleagues at least. ;D Health week starts next week. At least people find them hilarious, and that's what I was going for.

Amateur Art Week is approaching in Belgium, and I've been asked to join in again. Unfortunately my new municipality canceled their participation, but I could join my old one instead, since I only moved recently. Nice eh?
This year I'll probably be allowed to display 5 pieces in stead of 3! So I want to show more disciplines than just oilpainting this time. Silly cheetah will play a part, and I think I'll submit both my Loverboys posters. Room for 2 more paintings, one being the last finished one I made in October and haven't uploaded here yet. Oops sorry, no decent photo of it yet. I'm not sure what the 5th one will be.

I haven't really gotten to drawing for my own projects lately, but I've had several more poster requests for the libraries I work at, so I've been busy with those. I don't quite like all of the results, but I don't have the time to perfect them.
I think A2 is also too big for me to be used for drawing (painting is okay, that doesn't seem to be working for me when smaller), so if I redo them, they'll be at a much smaller size, and perhaps different medium as well. I may upload photos of the big versions later.

I did finally get to paint again. I have some unfinished ones lying around, but before I go on with those I had to get into painting again and started new ones. I hope to have those done soon.
